No prior SUP experience is necessary; our instructors will tailor the session to suit your comfort and ability, ensuring a fulfilling experience for everyone.

About Our Classes

Experience Itinerary
  • Launch from shore and paddle in the serene waters.
  • Make your way to a quiet natural inlet to practice yoga.
  • Engage in a peaceful meditation on the water.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the session. We will do our best to reschedule your spot or you can transfer it to a friend.

Inclement Weather

In case of inclement weather, class cancellations will be communicated via email to the group booked through our booking system, Studio Growth. Please check your email 2 hours before the class.

Swim Safety Requirement

Participants must have the ability to swim short distances and tread water without a personal flotation device (PFD) or life jacket. A properly fitted and sized PFD or life jacket must be worn for all on-water experiences.
