Sanctuary
Our Class Etiquette
We treat everyone with respect and loving kindness. Please honour each other’s practice and sanctuary of the studio by:
- Arriving only 5-10 minutes before class (Our doors will open 10 minutes before class starts)
- Removing shoes upon entrance
- Respecting a soft-scent environment
- Informing your teacher about any injuries
- Turning off mobile devices
- Spraying and wiping down your mat and props after use
- Leaving the space tidy, the way you found it

Studio Rental
Host your next soulful gathering in our newly renovated yoga studio! Located in the heart of downtown Peterborough, it’s the perfect space for events, photoshoots, team building, dance, fitness classes, private group yoga, etc. It features an 1857 original tin ceiling, surrounded by tropical plants with an elegant boho vibe. It’s expansive white walls are highlighted by rattan floor lamps and (west) sunset facing windows.
Comfortably fits 10-20 people.
Summer Soul Yoga and Wellness Studio has a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. You feel right at home whether it's your first class or your thousandth. The space feels safe, professional, calming and non-judgemental.
